      Steps to Reproduce:
      Browse to the Notification Helper in Adminstration and try to check for an issue which is a sub-task.

      Expected Results:
      The Notification Helper should show me results after adding an issue to check if the user will get notifications

      Actual Results:
      After typing the issue, you get the error that the issue does not exist.

      Workaround

      Browse to the issue, and then use the Notification Helper from the view issue screen.

            this is beyond moronic - I want to know if a subtask I assign to a colleague is completed.  To do that I have to keep checking the task.  So the point of a subtask is what?  To do work where you hide progress?

            No, does not help. It all depends on the perspective. From an administrator's point of view its frustrating.

            we treat the occurrence factor as a number of end-users which are affected by this problem. Indeed the problem exists for the mentioned versions and all admins are affected, but only admin users can experience this problem.
            Therefore we treat 10% occurrence factor as a fair approximation of affected users.

            Hope this helps to understand our point.
