It appears that with the latest JIRA release some changes were made to the Feedback form which causes it to hide the e-mail field in Chrome.

If I put a Chrome window side-by-side with Firefox I can see that the Feedback form is much taller in Firefox (approximately 542 pixels) compared to Chrome (approximately 452 pixels).

All of my customers use Chrome, so this is a big problem for me. I'm sure a lot of others will be impacted as well. Please let me know how soon this can be fixed.
