Steps to reproduce:
- Focus on 'Description' field in the issue view page.
- Set the input of Windows OS to Hiragana or Katakana.
- Type key 'a', then key 'a'.
Japanese characters 'ああ' have been typed, then character 'あ' will be typed in surplus.
This is occurred on Firefox browser only. IE/Chrome works fine.
