I cloned the issue JRA-29626 as I'm facing the same issue (described in https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/78707/adding-a-comment-results-in-a-http-302-moved-temporarily-message)

The issue appears on any browser, on any user action (comment, edit, assign) randomly.
The cache clearing resolves for a while but it always reappears

I'm running on 5.1.8, although it should be fixed since 5.1.4.

Is there a patch that could fix this for versions below 5.2 ?
