Not sure if this is meant to be so but currently while creating multiple issues by using "create another" the Description field is not reset (is not empty after previous issue is saved)

Steps to reproduce:

• create an issue
• select "create another"
• click "Create"

Result:

• message says issue is created and new form is given for another issue to be created
• Summary field is reset but Description field has the content from previous issue

Expected:

• Description field is also reset (empty)
