Add Create step to the Text view

Currently, the Create step in not in the text view. This causes confusion when individuals don't know how to edit the transition or validators/post functions on create.
You have to go to the design view. And, when using the design view, the popup modals are small and it's easy to forget to save/update your changes when you cannot see it in the modal popup. Since other modals automatically accept changes (there is no specific save), individuals don't know to do that and can lose their changes or not understand why something isn't working.
