The administration page now knows collapsable sections, which make it easier to find the correct section.

The filter definition page doesn't know the collapse functionality, while searches with both date/time, text and attribute are not very common.

I prefer this functionality also in the filters menu, opening only the sections which are used when editing a filter; opening no sections when a new filter is started (beside the special section for choosing the project).
