Distinguish between transitions in an issue's history

      I can have two transitions from In Progress to Resolved, for example. When I transition the issue History tab shows the change of status but not which transition was used.

      Could this be recorded in the newstring part of a changeitem row? Instead of just "Resolved" save it as "Resolved (123)" where 123 is the id of the transition used.
