How to reproduce:
1. Create new instance of Jira with internal directory.
2. Add a user test.user (User ID) with PASSWD "PASS1".
3. Create a group "testgroup" and add test.user to this group.
4. Add a LDAP directory that has a higher priority than internal directory.
5. create user "test.user" with "PASS2" in LDAP system.
6. add him to some LDAP groups (different to "testgroup").
7. All users and groups from LDAP are imported by jira.
8. Login works using the LDAP user, since internal dir has a lower prio.
9. Go to user administration and search for "test.user".
10. search result shows correct information. Groups are from LDAP.
11. search now for "testgroup" and "test.user".
12. user "test.user" will be shown now as a user from internal directory with groups listed from LDAP. The search group "testgroup" is not shown.
