Incorrect calendar weeks display - German (second week of the calendar year is skipped)

      Logged in as Administrator -> Select a project -> Versions -> Create new version -> Select date from datepicker:

      Actual: The calendar week (22/Apr/2013-28/Apr/2013) is 16 (see screenshot).
      Expected: The calendar week (22/Apr/2013-28/Apr/2013) is 17

       

      Additional information:

      This issue is happening due to the fact that the second week of the year is skipped, as shown in the screenshot below:
