Show linked issue in issue navigator

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      The navigator display contains a new column that displays some summary information on dependend issues. If all linked-to issues are resolved or closed, then the column shall display a green color. If none of the linked-to issues is resolved or closed, then it shall display a red color. For partially resolved sub-issues it shall display some other color.
      It shall also be possible to sort by this column.

            At present, the issue links can only be viewed in the XML view of issue navigator - however, it is not possible to add a 'issue links' column to the issue navigator view.

            Of course, it is possible to create a custom field displaying links and add this field as a column within the issue navigator.

            Went for the standard XML view of the issue links rather than using the summry of the issue.

            Linked issues could also be displayed in text format in the summary field, similar to the display of sub-tasks in release 2.7. This would be probably much simpler as no extra navigator column is required.
