If running an Early Access Program (EAP) release or using an evaluation license in JIRA, the 'Feedback' module is enabled. This results in traffic to jira.atlassian.com and id.atlassian.com in the user's browser. This may take quite a long time to respond and the browsers report as waiting for it, sometimes up to 10-15 seconds.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install JIRA using an evaluation license;
      2. Create the DEMO project;
      3. Try to access an issue and see the traffic through the browser's console.

      Expected Behavior:
      JIRA would only load the content needed, without having to send/receive anything from external websites.

      Actual Behavior:
      There is traffic between JIRA and id.atlassian.com and JAC.

      Workaroud: Disable the 'Feedback Module' in JIRA - see How to disable or enable the GOT FEEDBACK button.
