Before JIRA 5.2.6, if you clone an issue, the links appeared in the wrong way, as stated in the following bug:
This was fixed in JIRA 5.2.6 and now the new links are showing correctly. The problem is the cloned issues made before this upgrade, they will not be fixed after the upgrade and will remain with the wrong association. The best solution for this would be a fix during the upgrade, so the old cloned issues will show the right links.
