Steps to replicate

• Create a Radio Button custom field
  

• Add new contexts to the Custom Field as per the following for separate projects Test 1 and Test 2 with only one Option for each contexts and Default Value:
  

• Try to create an issue from Test 1 and the Group field is automatically marked:
  

• However, it gets deselected when you are trying to switch to a different project:
  

Expected Behavior
The radio button is supposed to be marked even after you switch to a different project.
