Steps to reproduce

1. Change the Site URL of FishEye server to be 'http://localhost:8060'
2. Create Application Link between JIRA and FishEye
3. Change the Display URL in JIRA Administration >> Plugins >> Application Link so that the Display URL for FishEye server is 'http://fisheye:8060'
4. Access JIRA Dashboard that has Activity Stream gadget
5. The activity stream from FishEye server has link to 'http://localhost:8060' instead of 'http://fisheye:8060' eg:

   admin committed changeset 56 to the project
   test
