Multi-select customfield having 2 different context with same option value will caused filter search malfunction

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create two different project (Project A and Project B)
      2. Create a multi-select customfield (Phone) having 2 different context scheme (project A Scheme and project B Scheme) with the following settings:
      3. Exit Administrator > Issues > Search for Issues > Select the following criteria:
      4. After that, save as filter (test filter)
      5. Then the following will appear:
