Provide support for "Bug Import Id" and "Import Id" in JIRA Importer

      There are 2 fields "Bug Import Id" and "Import Id" that are readonly fields for storing the id of the issue from the old application.
      These fields are not available on the CSV import field selection dropdown, so it is not possible to use them.
