Redirected back to dashboard when cancelling an issue creation

Summary of Bug

When the user tried to create a new issue from the Project Summary page, if the user clicks on 'Cancel', then the user would be redirected back to the dashboard instead of the Project Summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select any project to enter the project summary screen
2. Click "Create issue"
3. Issue form opens up
4. Click "Cancel" at the end.
5. Issue gets closed but user is redirected to dashboard

Other findings

This was tested in JIRA 4.4.5. In the newer versions, if from the project, the user cancels the issue creation from the pop-up, the user would still be in the Project Summary screen. However, if the user creates the issue in a new tab (not in the pop-up), the redirection would still occur
