Default incoming mail handler reset after instance upgrade and maintenance

Currently an instance will have a default incoming mail handler available called "Comments from emails". This is available to edit by users. Any update or maintenance on the instance will result in this default mail handler being restored to the original state.

This is to ensure an incoming mail handler is always available on an OnDemand instance.

An improved behaviour would be to rename the handler name to a value that indicates the handler is a system default. A suggestion would be: "Default System Handler - Comments from emails". Alternatively, removing the 'edit' option from the default handler to prevent users editing the default handler, therefore forcing the creation of any new additional handlers.
