Need to be able to view reports on multiple projects

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      We would like to be able to use your standard out of the box Reports across a number of Projects. Currently, they are only viewable on a per project basis. Same for Dashboard gadgets, I'd like to pick more than one project.

            Better Excel Plugin should be a great tool for this, until the built-in reports are enhanced.
            Give this a try, there is very unlikely that you can't solve your problem with this. The rule is: "if Excel can do it, then the problem is solved!".

            Thanks for your interest in this feature.

            Right now we have no plans to make changes to our reports due to other more pressing priorities. There may be some solutions at the Atlassian Marketplace if you not using JIRA OnDemand.

            Of course your other option would be to create a custom plugin that does this. Should you require development support with that here are your options:

            1. Check the JIRA Development Hub.
            2. Connect with the JIRA community on Atlassian Answers.
            3. Consult with a local Atlassian Expert.
