We have an issue (using IE8) where when a user attempts to create an issue from the Issue Navigator which has a complex query displayed, the issue creation form light box appears behind the panel showing the complex query (will attach a screenshot) - a bug). If the user subsequently adds Description text to the issue and previews in web mode, and then reverts to text entry mode, the create issue dialogue vanishes and info input is lost - another bug related.

Surely a bug.
