Fail to Create Application Link b/w Jira OnDemand and Confluence hosted

      1. Login to JIRA as sysadmin.
      2. Configure an OAuth setting with a Confluence remote instance.
      3. Goto project page and click on project name.
      4. Click on "Configure Application Links" and try to add the link.
      5. Click "Authorize" to authorize it.

      Authentication failed!
