Currently the JQL earliestUnreleasedVersion returns results with versions that are archived, but unreleased.

- Verified on 5.2.5
To reproduce:
- Create a version in JIRA (say v1)
- Create new issue
- fill in affected version field to: v1
- Archive the v1 version
- JQL for affectedVersion = earliestUnreleasedVersion()
- Notice that the new issue with v1 is displayed
Expect: That issues relating to v1 is not displayed, since that version has been archived
