IntegrityChecker page formatting is off and a column header missing

On the IntegrityChecker page:

The hierarchy isnt clear - perhaps needs to be indented more or coloured differently.
The check-boxes on the right arent labled and its not clear that there is a hierarchy between them.

I think it would be best if you put the check boxes to the left of the description, and had some kind of "tree"
