    Description

      I have read the documntaion on how to set up IIRA to 'watch' incomming email account as described here:
      http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/latest/issue_creation_email.html

      when I send an email to the account it does not get added into the project.

      I'm not ready to upgrade to the new 2.6 version yet (we are building a new server)

      How can i make this work in the version i have:
      JIRA (Professional Edition, Version: 2.3-#53)
