The helper message for an invalid search criteria shows the criteria name instead of the reason

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Issue Nav.
2. From the More criteria select something like a criteria which requires a project context, without selecting a project. Eg: Components or Versions.
3. Hover the mouse over the invalid criteria icon.
