Dashboards Sidebar truncated if it's longer than current Dashboard

      When I have a Dashboard Favorites sidebar that is longer than the current dashboard, it gets truncated at the end. This artificially limits the number of Dashboard Favorites I can have.

            This issue is fixed under JRA-32963 in JIRA 6.3.12 and above
