Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open an issue
2. Select "Link" from "More Actions"
3. In the "Link" dialog, select "search for an issue"
4. In the "Find JIRA issues" dialog, type something into "Search" field (don't press "search buttom")
5. Hit Enter key

Expected Results:

1. JIRA does the search and show the results

Actual Results:

1. "Search" button status changes to disabled, but JIRA doesn't do anything
