Screenshot Applet redirects to Oracle website

      1) Run a browser that doesn't have the Java browser plugin
      2) Go to an issue and attach a screenshot.
      3) Without explanation to the end-user, the browser is redirected to Oracle's java homepage.


      Wait, this isn't a screenshot attachment page...

      There is nothing telling the user that they need to install Java here, just a generic Oracle landing page.
