Allow custom field configuration screen to paginate and search select options

We currently have a multi-select custom field that has over 4k select options. I don't like having that many values, but it is necessary for our Enterprise. The values will continue to grow. Outside of a slower response to loading a form that uses that field, the admin configure view is slow to respond if we have to add a new value or disable another value.

It would be great if we it paginated to the first 100 and we can select to include display the next X amount or show all. OR we can simply click to the next page to see the values.

An alternative method to handling this would be great as well.
