Time Since Chart and Time Since Issues Report - DueDate Return Wrong JQL

      For gadget Time Since Chart and Time Since Issues Report using filter and the date field with Due Date.
      When clicking on the "Bar Chart", it return the following invalid JQL:-

      project = Test AND resolution = Unresolved AND duedate < now() AND duedate >= 2013-01-09 AND duedate <= "2013-01-09 23:59" ORDER BY due DESC, priority DESC, duedate
