In the Create Issue dialog, Custom Field default value is not updated when switching projects

The scenario:

• I have a Custom Field that the user can select a Group from the JIRA Group list.
• The Custom Field has contexts that set a different default value (Group) depending on the Project

The problem/bug:

In the Create Issue dialog, if I change the Project, the value of the Custom Field doesn't change to match the expected default value based on the context.
