Add documentation for User Preferences/User Default Settings

      The User Default Settings (JIRA Admin > User Settings > User Preferences) in Jira don't seem to be documented in CAC. As a result, the new functionality of disabling autowatch (available as of Jira 5.2.2) is not documented anywhere outside of release notes. Would be handy to have a page for it, both in Jira and OnDemand Spaces.
