I would like to describe a date display issue I am encountering.

I am using extensively the Created After/Before search method in my filters and reports.

To show the bugs reported today I am using the following setup:

After that I press Search and get the normal msg Filter modified since loading.

When I go to Summary / Save I get this message:

And the output of the filter is this:

The method works if I select the dates that I want and ignore what JIRA displays as modified and I believe other people may get confused if they try to do the filters like this.

My Preferences include Time Zone: (GMT +2) Bucharest if this should be the cause.
