JIRA Wiki Renderer does not shows vertical or horizontal scroll bar

Summary

When a long tabular form is inserted into the description of an issue, the wiki renderer cannot render it correctly. Instead the tabular form spans across the page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create any issue in any project.
2. In the description field, insert a long tabular form. (example below)

   ||heading 1||heading 2||heading 3||heading 1||heading 2||heading 3||heading 1||heading 2||heading 3||heading 1||heading 2||heading 3||heading 1||heading 2||heading 3||heading 1||heading 2||heading 3||
   |col1 a1|col2 a2|col3 a3|col1 a1|col2 a2|col3 a3|col1 a1|col2 a2|col3 a3|col1 a1|col2 a2|col3 a3|col1 a1|col2 a2|col3 a3|col1 a1|col2 a2|col3 a3|
   |col2 b1|col2 b2|col3 b3|col1 a1|col2 a2|col3 a3|col1 a1|col2 a2|col3 a3|col1 a1|col2 a2|col3 a3|col1 a1|col2 a2|col3 a3|col1 a1|col2 a2|col3 a3|
   

3. Create the issue and take note of the Description.
4. Repeat step 1 - 3 in JIRA 5.1 or later versions.

Workaround

This issue did not happen in JIRA 5.1 and above. Thus, upgrade will be the solution for this.
