"Error importing data: java.lang.NullPointerException" when importing in JIRA still not fixed in 4.4.5

    Description

      We still get the same error as the linked issue JRA-26635.
      The steps to replicate the error is the following:
      1. Install Jira 4.4.3
      2. Upgrade to Jira 4.4.5
      3. Export backup data.
      4. Import same data to the same system.

      We have done this in a test environment, and we got the same error as the linked issue. We were the original reporters of this bug.
