When a user fills the Contact Admin form, jira-administrators are emailed and the From: is the system default set in the server mail settings. The form requires a valid (formatting only) email address filled out by the user, but the only way to tell what the value is, is to reply to the email. The email address filled out should be included in a visible header in the body of the email.
