Misaligned rows in IE9 in the new issue navigator

      Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens

      What needs to be improved?

      I've reported this a few times on JDog but it's still happening. Occasionally I get a row in the KA results that is completely misaligned with the rest of the table. Still bad on page refresh. I'm using IE9 if that's relevant.
