Date Picker shows incorrect colors on weekend days when default language is set to Latvian

      As shown in screenshots, the Date Picker incorrectly colors Mondays as red. (Monday is translated to Pirmdiena in Latvian language)

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install the JIRA Latvian (Latvia) Language Pack
      2. Activate the Latvian language as default language in JIRA General Configuration
      3. Create a new issue and click on the "Due Date" field date picker.
