Setting Resolution Upon Issue Creation does not Work

      When setting resolution in the Default Screen(Create).
      The resolution is not saved.

      Scenario:

      1. Resolution set as "Fixed" when create Issue

      Expected Result:

      1. Resolution set as "Fixed"

      Outcome:

      1. Resolution is set as "Unresolved"

      Implication:
      The issue will be strike-throughed in the gadget, because there is already a resolution.
