Send notification to issue reporter in Issue Collector

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      There is no notification send to reporter after provide feedback/create issue via Issue Collector form.

      However, if there is a project lead configured, the issue assignee will be the project lead and every ticket created in Issue Collector Form will be send notification to the user.
