In general configuration there is
Email from: ${fullname} (JIRA)
That should result "John Chin (JIRA)" displayed as a sender's name.
But message received displays "admin" which is my username.
After send email via Administration > Mail > Send Email.
As a user, it will be great if JIRA able to display full name.
