Problem is with predicates AFTER, ON and DURING.
JQL:
status was "Resolved" AFTER "2012-11-08 23:59"
The results will include all issues that was RESOLVED before "2012-11-08 23:59" e.g. 2012-10-31
status was "Resolved" ON "2012-11-08"
The result is the same as the above.
status was "Resolved" DURING ("2012-11-08","2012-11-20")
Result is still the same.
So, those 3 optional predicates don't really work and the results shown are similar to using BEFORE predicate.
From the documentation:
Find issues that were resolved by Joe Smith during 2010:
status WAS "Resolved" BY jsmith DURING ("2010/01/01","2011/01/01")
It is stating that the result would only show issues that were or currently in within that period of time.
