French language support

      We would like to use JIRA in english and in french. Unfortunately, JIRA is not available in french.
      We have made a traduction here of 75 % of the properties files. Do you plan to translate JIRA into french ?
      if not, maybe we can send you our translations files so that you can save some time for the translation ?
