Help Menu is not dynamic when changing the Default workflow status Description

The Help Icon Menu in JIRA is not changing when user edit the description of the Default Name of Statues, Resolution and Priority.

When make change on the Default Name's description, the Help Menu is not changed

The same problem exists on the issue view screen. The tooltip for the workflow status does not show the updated description.
