      Administrator is unable to remove LDAP user from project role when LDAP directory is disabled.

      Steps to reproduce:
      Add a user by synchronising an LDAP directory;
      Add an LDAP user to any project role;
      Disable the LDAP directory;
      Remove the user from the project role;

      Behavior:
      Error message is displayed saying "'<username>' does not exist";
