    Description

      1. Create custom cascading select with 2 values, 'a' and 'b'
      2. create child value 'aa' under value 'a'
      3. search for jql: project=blah and CS1=cascadeOption(10000), where 10000 is the id of 'a' - success
      4. search for jql: project=blah and CS1=cascadeOption(b), where b does not have any children - success
      5. search for jql: project=blah and CS1=cascadeOption(a), where a does have children - ERROR
