Issue Editor/Creator to Have more Confluence like features

      It would be great for JIRA to be able to step away from the attach screenshot Java applet and use the same functionality that's built into the Confluence wiki/page editor. It would also be good to see the default comments editor become a bit more feature rich with regards to formatting capabilities similar to Confluence.
