Drag and Drop plugin Ignores MIME Type Attachments in Chrome

      When attaching files using the Drag and Drop plugin, the mimetype in the fileattachment table is not set properly causing attachments to be broken and unreadable when opened in Chrome.
      This has been tested with .pdf and .zip as shown in the screenshots attached.
