"People and Dates Section" of Issue View Screen Changed to 2 lines in Chrome after Jira 5.1.1

    Description

      Before upgrading to JIRA 5.1.1, in Chrome Browser, the view on the right panel for "People" and "Dates" should have one single line for each field name and its corresponding value.

      After the upgrade to JIRA 5.1.1, each field for "People" and "Dates" occupies two lines.

      : Firefox and IE 9 are working fine as there is no changes occur.
